I can’t speak to their service, because I never actually got a chance to try them out. I made two virtual appointments, and the provider did not show to both. The first time they didn’t show, I called and they said that they weren’t available so we had to reschedule. The second time I waited 20 minutes and when the provider didn’t call, I called them and they told me that the provider was 40 minutes behind! No notification, just made me wait 20 minutes before I had to do their job only to find out that there was a ridiculous 40 minute delay. I don’t know about everybody else, but I have a life and other obligations. I’m also a customer service professional, and I truly feel that this organization is lacking. This place removed about 70% of my chest tattoo in 4 sessions. The PFD pad helped a lot and got a lot of ink out. Downtime is only a month. Fastest tattoo removal place in Fl. I drive 2 hours away to their other location in winter park to get these services. Staff is amazing and so is the Doctor.

Dr. Filardo did an amazing job doing an erbium laser treatment on my face! The process was quick, effective, and painless, and he walked me through it each step of the way. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a treatment. Amazing staff and amazing environment all around!
